Summary

Founded in 1992, DeLille Cellars is a long-standing, prominent winery. During our tour of the new facilities, we bumped into president and co-founder Jay Soloff, and co-founder and acclaimed founding winemaker, Chris Upchurch, on the third-floor rooftop. This is a milestone event for these two, and we were happy to chat with them.

DeLille is the first winery in Washington to focus on Bordeaux-styled blends. Many critics have called DeLille’s Chaleur Blanc the best Bordeaux-style white wine in North America, and we agree.

We highly recommend making reservations to visit their new facilities and sign up for a tasting. Also, be sure to check out the savings over the holidays – these wines are perfect to serve at your holiday dinners or parties, or as a gift for a special friend.

Happy holidays!

Cheers!
