In May, we made our annual trek to spectacular Saviah Cellars to see two of our favorite people in Washington’s wine industry. Amazing co-owner/winemaker Rich Funk and his talented son and viticulturist Jared Funk craft an impressive lineup of wines from several vineyards in the Walla Walla Valley, including our favorite Rocks District. In short, our time with the Funks continues to be a special highlight in Walla Walla. And their wines continue to be head-turners. In fact, we had so much fun with Rich and Jared, we forgot to take their photo! So this is a photo of them in their Funk Vineyard during our visit last year.
