Our Thanksgiving WineThis year, we chose our Thanksgiving wine from the list we shared a few days ago: one white, two Pinots, and the rest of the tawny port we previously opened. Subsequently, the wines that graced our table: L’Ecole 41 2022 Luminesce; Domaine Serene 2017 Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir; Lenné Estate Vineyard 2018 cinq élus Pinot Noir; and Warre’s Otima 10-Year-Old Tawny Port. Perhaps you’re looking for a good pairing for your turkey feast or, on the other hand, a special bottle to take to a family dinner or an evening with good friends. Favorite 50 Wines in 2020Happy New Year! As we began 2022, we compiled a list of our favorite 50 wines in 2021. And what a year it was! First, we finally took some short road trips to Washington and Oregon wine countries. For example, we drove to Walla Walla, Red Mountain, Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, Carlton and Willamette Valley. Next, we also enjoyed many wonderful wines at home or with friends. Therefore, this list exemplifies the favorite 50 wines that we tasted last year.
