We applaud our state’s wineries every month of every year. And, in the midst of COVID-19, our state wineries really need our support.

You can enjoy Washington wine from the safety and comfort of your home by ordering wine online, utilizing curbside pickup services and other creative winery promotions during these tough times.

Show your appreciation for our state’s stellar wineries, and you know they will appreciate you, too. We are in this together!

Still Time to Support Washington Wine Month

Washington wine month ends March 31 and now, more than ever, our state wineries need our support. All over the state, wineries shut down their tasting rooms and are taking special measures to deal with COVID-19 Coronavirus.

Most importantly, they appreciate our purchases of their wine. Many still offer online sales. Some provide curbside pickup. Check your favorite wineries directly for details. Meanwhile, here is the list of Washington wines that have been in our glasses lately, to celebrate Washington wine month. Maltby Wineries in The Vault

JM Cellars MaltbySix wineries and a distillery have found a new home in The Vault @ Maltby (9206 200th St. SE), in a new wine region less than 30 miles northeast of Seattle and only five miles from Woodinville. We recently visited two wineries — JM Cellars and Guardian Cellars. The new space impressed us, just like their wines have over the years. In fact, we’ve been fans of the wines crafted by John Bigelow, owner/winemaker of JM Cellars, and Jerry Reiner, owner/winemaker of Guardian Cellars, since we launched Write for Wine in 2007.
