Last weekend, winners for the esteemed Seattle Wine Awards were notified, following an early preview with some sneak release results announced last Wednesday (May 12) at Cellar 46 in Mercer Island. We send our hearty congratulations to these winners who shared their good news with us – and to all of the others who will be listed here on June 1. And don’t forget to get your tickets so you can taste the winners at the 2010 Grand Awards Tasting on June 13.

The Grand Tasting on June 13 is an extraordinary event at the beautiful Rainier Club. Known as one of the most prestigious wine awards, the Seattle Wine Awards began in 2006 by Christopher Chan, Director of Wine & Spirits at the Rainier Club and a certified sommelier.
